Gan Hayeled Early Care
Early Care is available to all Gan Hayeled students from as early as 8:00 am until the start of the school day, available Monday through Friday or part thereof. There will be one classroom designated for the Early Care children which will allow for supervised, unstructured play. Your child(ren) will be escorted to their classrooms by the Early Care staff for the beginning of the school day. Drop-in care is available when space allows. Gan Hayeled strictly adheres to the required adult:student ratio.
Extended Day Program
The afternoon Extended Day Program is offered to 3 & 4 year olds immediately following their school day until 3:00 pm. Each day offers a period of quiet/naptime followed by an enrichment activity and a light snack. Children may sign up for the full school year M-F or on specific days for the duration of the session. There are three sessions per school year.
Here’s what a typical day at Extended Day looks like:
1:00 – 1:30 Pick-up at 3’s classroom, followed by quiet time
1:30 – 1:45 Transition Time, 4’s are escorted from their class
1:45 – 2:30 Enrichment Class
2:30 – 3:00 Snack & open pick-up time
